artist 4

Mark Dion is well-known for the scientific presentation of his artwork.
He's shown internationally, and currently teaches visual art at Columbia University. His art focus on the way institutions shape our understanding of history, knowledge, and the natural world. He aims to altar conventional perception.

I really admire his sterile presentation of natural objects. His contrast between nature and construction is very bold and unconventional. I'm always looking for new ways to show my art, and would like to apply his way of making the viewer feel as if they've discovered something new and scientific upon sight.
