Jason de Caires taylor really impact me when i show one of his sculptures that are underwater. How amazing is that? I never thought to put any of my sculptures underwater because the first thing that comes in my mind is it will destroy the art work. But Jason de Caires taylor take a risk and did it and it was awesome.
The detail of this artwork he did is amazing; the fish and the fruits. It makes it feel like the water doesn't really did anything to the artwork at all.
One of my all time favorite artists as well.
ReplyDeleteHe’s actually is nusing a cement that works just like coral and can help grow back the coral reefs. He casts the people of the villages and surrounding communities and makes the work based on them in the homeland – connecting them to the life at see and their life on land as one.
