Donald Judd IS minimalist 3D. His goal with his work was to make "specific objects:" neither painting nor sculpture. He repeats forms in different colors and materials in order to achieve a wholeness or unity. His work revolutionized viewer interaction. Many people don't like Judd's work because of it's simplicity but I enjoy the forms and repetition, and appreciate how revolutionary it was for its time. I also like squares and cubes...
